Newly founded NOARK Electric branch in Romania will focus on photovoltaic systems

Prague, 12 December 2011 – NOARK Electric is continuing to build on its European set-up with the founding of a branch in Romania. From October this year, our Prague headquarters is managing foreign expansion within Europe.

The Romanian branch, which was legally established in mid-November, bears the trading name S.C. NOARK ELECTRIC S.R.L.  ‘Following the Czech and Slovak Republic, we are now opening our dealership in Romania. The local market has great potential. Photovoltaic system will soon become one of the leading themes on the Romanian market and we will be prepared to offer comprehensive supply of these systems including individual components to solar panels,’ says Jaroslav Šuda, NOARK Electric Europe’s CEO.

On 1^st December, NOARK opened its office in Bucharest and officially began its sales activities. Final discussions are now taking place with leading electrical goods distributors and vendors who operate on the Romanian market. The company is currently preparing a comprehensive offer for local investors in solar energy. ‘The quality and performance of NOARK´s photovoltaic systems convince the customers. There fore we would like to offer this advanced technology on the Romanian market,’ adds Jaroslav Šuda.

NOARK is also planning to take part in the IEAS fair as an exhibitor. ‘It is the largest electrics fair in the country. We have a lot to present and be proud of, so we certainly have to take part,’ adds Eugen Toma, Director of NOARK’s Romanian branch.

A proven team of people with international experience will take care of activities in Romania. ‘Over time, we want to serve other European markets. We have already established first contacts in Romania and now we must focus on developing sales opportunities and relationships with our partners,’ says Jaroslav Šuda about the founding of the Romanian branch. NOARK Electric has succeeded in hiring one of the most experienced managers in the field, Luminita Macovei for its branch in Romania. In her role as strategic advisor, she will help develop business activities in the country.
