NOARK Electric has chosen strategic partners for its European activities

NOARK Electric Europe, which officially launched on the Czech and Slovak market at the start of October, has commenced strategic cooperation with partners from the field of mobile communications, banking, insurance and fleet management. The goal of the newly established commercial relations is to ensure conditions for further development of business in Europe. All selected partners are also able to provide their services outside of the Czech and Slovak Republic, a fact which represents one of the basic conditions of eligibility for partnership.

NOARK Electric has established its European headquarters in Prague and one of its strategic goals is precisely to gradually expand into other countries. “We are preparing for a market launch in several European countries, establishment of local production lines and construction of a development centre. For these strategic activities, as well as for regular operations, we need the support of reliable and well-established companies,” says Jaroslav Šuda, CEO of NOARK Electric Europe.

In the field of mobile communications, cooperation has been established on a European level with Vodafone. The financial operations of the business are covered by the multinational Société Générale Group, in the Czech Republic by its subsidiary Komerční banka. Administration and resolution of insurance claims is ensured by the Renomia brokers. NOARK has entrusted LeasePlan, based in the Netherlands, with its vehicle fleet.

The partnerships concluded take the form of framework and specific contracts with individual contractors. “Quality is not only a pivotal parameter for our company. It must be just as important for our partners,” say Jaroslav Šuda, commenting on establishment of cooperation.
